How can I repair a cracked mp4 screen in the U.S. if the item came from China?

I've sent it to China and it was returned in the same condition. Any ideas?

Did you buy it in China or was it just made in China? If you bought here than manufacture warrenty may apply and you may be able to find local manufacture to deal with it.. Or, if you are like me and bought this in China, unfortunately you're in for some pain..

The same thing happened to me with my MP4 and after sending it there twice I gave up..
