Both solid, but you have to go Crawford. Last May 24 against Toronto, he went 5-for-5 with five runs scored, four steals, and a two-run homer. Outside of Soriano, there may not be another major leaguer capable of a performance like that.
Also, I've heard that Crawford may be moving down in the batting order, which could set up better power numbers.

Better question than Atkins. Crawford for fantasy purposes is the better of the two. If you put Holliday on a team not in Denver he might not have the same pop. Both are very good players though but Crawford would be first picked before Matt.

Guys like Holliday, who hit 35 HRs and drive in 110 runs are dime a dozen. Someone like Crawford, who bat .300 combined with 20 HR and 60 SB, is a rare find. Go with Crawford.

Crawford, duh. Crawford is a five tool player and he has thrived on the worst club in all of baseball. Holliday has a slight edge on power, but he is not great defensively. Corner outfield is the second easiest position to play besides 1B. The Coors Field effect may have also skewed Holliday's actual offensive value. As for fantasy value, I also like Crawford because he contributes in every category. Players who can get lots of stolen bases, hit for average, score tons of runs, and contribute 20-25 home runs are few and far between.

You should'nt be asking this question, you should know Crawford all the way. Crawford is a top 10 guy and a fantasy experts choice. The guys hits .300/100RUNS/70rbi's/60sb/20 hr's and is young and has not reached his potential, has had no injury history, and plays on a shitty team. Imagine his potential if traded to a team that has better players hitting behind him. His numbers would inflate definately.

Crawford. Can produce the same amount of stats as Holliday, but with the steals. No way Holliday steals 50 bases.

I think Holliday is a better "pure" hitter, with more power, more RBI potential, and will be less injury prone. However, Crawford will steal more bases, make less errors, and you never know. I still lean towards Holliday though...

holliday has more power and pop but crawford has the speed. in fantasy you would probably want crawford because of his speed, you can get power from other players, but you cant get speed from everyone.
