Use lights to enhance the effect of cuts or definition.
Here's my way of thinking: Use something like message oil to glisten the triceps or any part you want to define. Then use the light to reflect or accentuate the definitions to viewers. move the light to the desired effect for viewing.

The main thing to remember is that you HAVE to do cardio. You can strength train until you're blue in the face, but if you don't burn the fat that's covering the muscle, it's all for naught. Now if you simply want the muscle defined and not necessarily large, only work the tricep muscles once a week. You have to give the muscle time to heal after the workout. Once allows the muscle to heal long and lean. If you want the muscles to be larger, then you exercise the muscles about every 3-4 days.

By dehydrating them, in other words your whole body would end up being dehydrated. Now another way to do this, is by working them out only once a week, and work your biceps out twice a week. Its been proven that when you work your biceps, your triceps are pushed out more due to the building of your biceps during that stage of muscle rebuild. And the same goes as when you work your triceps, your biceps are pushed further out. So the best thing to do, is split them up when working them out.
Like work out your triceps on a wednesday, and your biceps out on mondays and fridays. Also by working out your chest once a week and your shoulders twice a week, you will also see size added because of the way the triceps are brought into the exercise of both those groups.

Ok. Using a dumb bell, raise your arm in the air. Then bend at the elbow towards the back of your neck. Then go back up. Repeat.
