You certainly could, but it's not the most likely time. Most women with 28 day cycles ovulate 14 days after their period begins. And sperm lives inside you for up to 6 days. If you have a 7 day period and ovulation at the 14 day mark, then you'd be cutting it REALLY close with the sperm living till the 13th day. However, this is just the textbook example of when women ovulate, it's not true for all women. You may ovulate a few days earlier than 14 days...or you may ovulate the day after your period, or while you're on your period, or 2 days before your period. It varies from woman to woman and from cycle to cycle.

Short answer is yes, you could get prenant. You're less likely to, but that doesn't guarantee you won't.

It depends on the woman. If a woman usually has long periods or short cycles, fertile cervical fluid could certainly be present at the end of the period or right after. If a woman has intercourse w/ fertile cervical fluid, the sperm can survive up to 5 days. If an egg is released w/in this time, conception can occur. It's also possible to ovulate very early in a cycle, but that's fairly rare.

The best way for you know know about your cycle is to chart your fertility signs. Your chart can tell you when you are fertile, when you are not, when you are ovulating, when to expect your next period, and when to suspect pregnancy. Your chart can also tell you if there are issues delaying conception or causing difficulty w/ carrying a pregnancy and if there are serious issues which need a doc's attention.

Some good sources for charting your fertility signs: Fertilityfriend.com (free software as well as a pay-for version and on-line charting turorial); ovusoft.com (discussion boards for many fertility related issues, much info on fertility after the pill, and a very good software for purchase). The books Taking Charge of Your Fertility (associated w/ the the ovusoft website and software), The Art of Natural Family Planning, and Garden of Fertility

Are you able to get pregnant a day after your period finishes?

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great method to get pregnant fast:

If you are wondering how to get pregnant fast, then you have come to the right place because this article will discuss 5 things you absolutely must know if your desire is to conceive that dream child.

1. It is very important that both you and your partner get a medical check up to be certain that you are able to have children. This will be very reassuring for you and believe me, you will need this, especially if things don't happen as quick as you expect it to.

2. Make love as often as possible, especially right after your menstrual cycle and for the next 20 days after. (Even better still, make love every single day until your next period) You may be wondering why 20days? This is because that time frame would include the "fertile window" for most women.

The general thinking is that most women ovulate (release an egg) on day 14 but I can assure you that this is certainly not the case.

I recently got pregnant using the methods I am discussing with you here and it turns out when I went for my dating scan that I ovulated on the 8th day. Hard to believe isn't it? Well it is true. I have always had short menstrual cycles, lasting between 20 and 22 days.

So if want to know how to get pregnant fast and your menstrual cycles are shorter or longer than the so called average of 14 days, then you need to know precisely when you ovulate.

As a very general rule of the thumb just subtract 14 from the length of your menstrual cycle. So for example if your menstrual cycle is 24days in length then you are likely to ovulate on (24-14) day 10.

The most accurate method though is to use your cervical mucus (fluid), which tends to become stretchier, thinner and egg white in appearance when you are most fertile.

3. If you really want to get pregnant fast then it is important that you avoid all forms of lubrication: e.g. KY jelly and Vaseline. Research has shown that most store-bought lubricants damage the sperm.

There is a natural alternative and it is the egg white which is extremely sperm friendly.

4. Improve the quality and quantity of your cervical mucus. Apart from using it to predict your most fertile days, your cervical fluid also serves 2 important functions:

a) It provides nourishment, mobility and medium in which your partner's sperm can thrive and live.

b) It provides an alkaline medium, which protects the sperm from and otherwise acidic vagina.

So what are some of the things you can do to improve your cervical fluid? Make you sure eat foods high in Vitamin A, drink plenty of water and take plain robitussin.

5. If you really want to know how to get pregnant fast, then take a look at the medications you may be taking. Certain medications affect fertility and you need to be aware of them so that you can stop using them and look for alternatives that will not affect your chances of conception.

Example include anabolic steroids, Cimetidine used in treating ulcers, anti-hypertensive drugs (specifically calcium channel blockers) antidepressants just to mention a few.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy https://shorturl.im/pregnancy-miracle
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.

If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.

Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

I had trouble getting preg and after three yrs my dr told me you are most fertile the 8th, 10th, and 12th day AFTER you start your period. You add it up. Each person's periods are different. like I only went three days where as my friend went 8 so its according to how long you go after you start. Just get the day you started and count 8, 10 and 12 and those are ;your fertile days.

The biggest secret to getting pregnant faster is knowing when you ovulate (release an egg from your ovary). Think of the egg as a bull's-eye and the sperm as arrows. One of the arrows has to hit the bull's-eye in order for you to get pregnant.

Since you ovulate once each menstrual cycle, there are only a few days out of each cycle when sex can actually lead to pregnancy. Knowing when you ovulate means that you and your partner can identify the bull's-eye and then aim for it, instead of just shooting a bunch of arrows and hoping the target happens to be there.
