The first question that you should answer is "Did you bought a lottery ticket?" Because if you don't, there is a big possibility it is a scum! How can you win if you don't even buy or join in a lottery.
Sometimes, this are just method of people for you to able to do what they want them for you to do. They try to hook you.
Just in case you received another type of letter again, and you can't remember yourself buying a ticket, DO NOT OPEN IT!

It's possible ... do you have your ticket stub? Where'd you buy it? Have you ever heard of the Global Mega Lottery? Answer: No. Why ... because there is no such thing.
Now where'd I leave my winning African scratch tickets... I think I had a billion dollar winner.
It's a SCAM.

Unless you bought a ticket, it's a scam. They will want bank account information, so that they can relieve you of your money.
