yes Cindy Roo i was just kidding and no i cont have a paper boy really locked in my celler. i dont even have a paper boy. Learn to take a joke

I don't know whether or not you still need to tip him but you need to make sure you feed him and give him fresh water everyday. Also, provide him with a toilet or some sort of recepticle to do his business in. Why did you lock him in the cellar? Did he piss you off?

You know, I am sure you posted this for fun, but with all the kidnappings and such that have been all over the news and the child porn stuff, I don't think I would be posting such a thing. Just something for you to ponder!! I am all for fun, but perhaps you can think of something else.
