Mullahas and jihadis think that they own the Muslim community and they can do anything in the name of Islam and get away with it. Good Muslims should not allow this any more. They have to rise up and give a rap on their knuckles for their own good.

Some are. They live in daily fear of harm or death, but they do. And more need to. I think the answer lies within Islam. And I think having more free media will be great help.

How many times have we risen against the goonda element of the Hindus? Witness the Shiv Sena acting guardians of morals on Valentine day etc. The fact of the matter is that since independence, (I can only speak of indian muslims) the muslims in India have had no charismatic leader who could sway the masses. (The last one was Maulana Abul Kalam Azad). Thus the voicelessness became more pronounced as time went by. But if you look at media reports you will find that after almost every senseless terrorist act in India, the religious leaders of both Hindus and Muslims get together and condemn these acts of violence(the Varanasi temple blast and the bomb blast in a mosque in Maharashtra). Also the Shia clergy from Lucknow has time and again said that the terrorists have absolutely no religion and should be deprived of their status as Muslims.

Ther is a Conference being held on Monday March 5th in St Peterburg Florida of reform minded Muslims. Glen Beck is going to cover the meeting. The Muslims meeting there are being threatened with death by radicals. Pay attention to these people because an event like this has never happened before.

I agree, but it isn't that easy. There are many different terrorist groups. They target each other (no loss there), and they target innocent Muslims that don't agree with them. Sometimes, they just set of a car bomb, or a suicide bomb in a crowd to kill a bunch of people.
Also, since they don't wear uniforms, the only way to know who the terrorists are is to infiltrate the various terrorist organizations.
There have been various Iraqi political and religious leaders who have spoken out against the terrorists, but you don't hear that on the news.
If the identities of the terrorists were known, the Iraqi people could hunt them down. The leaders are in hiding. I think the best thing is to put a reward in GOLD on the heads of the terrorist leadership. I believe that one of their bodyguards might be tempted to become rich, rather than dying for these fools.

The sensible majority is always silent. Good Hindus are silent about violent deeds of VHP, Bajarangda, Siva Sena etc.. and there are irrational militants among Buddhists and christens too. But some people target Muslims which encourages the violent actions by a minority from that community.

Well some people did against Saddam - they got shot. I think now that Saddam has been removed, the moderates must rise up against the fundamentalists and until they do they are no better than the terrorists. It is true that we must fear the evil of bad men, but there is a far greater evil we must fear most - the indifference of good men. If you're a feminist then put in men or women where i said men - whatever floats you're boat, my guess is that if you're a feminist then you're liberal and disagree anyway.

afraid of them.Indian Hindus do not believe the Muslims because
most of them supported the formation of Pakistan.Muslims are
foreigners and their rulers were tyrannical.They converted other
people through the force of sword.Islam has got no respect for
other religion.There are few good Muslims and they do not count.

One answer is fear or rather terror.
We have seen how a woman was shot at her legs on suspicions of being an 'informer' to the police. She had to get her leg amputated.
If she had been an 'informer', she was doing her duty of informing about terrorists to the authorities and if she was not then it is still grusome.
And then there was the story of one man left to die after his arms and legs were cut off, for the same suspicion.
All this happened in Kashmir, and please, don't dismiss the affair when you hear the work Kashmir. (Oh, that is normal) Remember having bad things happening in Kashmir or Arunachal or Assam or Nagaland or Chattisgarh jungles is as bad as if they happen in Delhi or Mumbai or Bangalore or Chennai.

Although I'm not a Muslim myself, I have read parts of the Qur'an that speak out against violence of any nature. Therefore, any God fearing Muslim (I use "fearing" in the same sense Christianity uses it, as a symbol of respect) would simply fight back through their good deeds and personal religious discipline. If you evaluate the lives of many great Muslim leaders, you will hear their voices speaking out against those who tarnish their religion.

They had the chance when radical Islam was weak but now that 10% of the Muslims are radicalized any Muslim in the middle east that speaks out against it will be slaughtered by radicals.
