cause after she became the new master of the cards the old staff change into a new staff and that mean the new staff is using her power instead of the clow reed power

Her old staff became the Star wand. She has to use the new wand because it draws its powers from the stars, not darkness, like the old one. The old power source was residual energy from Clow Reed so it would have eventually run out. That's why Sakura had to transform the cards; so the cards could use the new power source.
