Every year, all the departments at my job choose a group theme for Halloween and this year, as the newbie, I want to impress my department with a dazzling theme idea/contribution. Last year they did Willy Wonka and won first prize. We have about 20-25 in my department. Does anyone have any ideas????

Snow white and the seven dwarfs-there are alot of characters, Smurfs, pilgrims/indians, a medieval theme-like Lancelot,King Arthur, Guinevere, and knights/wenches, Disney characters, from Harry Potter, the houses- Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw(wearing the colored robes), and a sports team with the uniforms (astros, texans, rockets). Does that help?

How about the Cast of Dancing with the Stars ? Think about it -some could be the judges and dress to kill. Some could be the stars (they can pick who ever they feel they look like and they have to act like them as well.) And still others could be the celebrity dancers. And for fun you can bring music and they'd all have to do a dance and whoever were the judges give a score. The winner gets to dance with your boss.

I'm surprised you can even get 20-25 adults to do a theme Halloween costume, especially Willy Wonka, (WTF). But if I could get 20+ people to do this, I'd have everyone go as skeleton warriors! (Army of the undead).....No cutesy crap!
