Nausea for some people. Keep in mind that you could be pregnant and NOT miss a period. I know someone who had their period for the first six months of their pregnancy.

Also, your breasts and/or bottom may get noticeably larger.

Some women have sore breasts before every period.
but if you are pregnant they will become more sore than normal.
If you are worried do a urine test in the morning.
You may start to get symptoms of morning sickness pretty early. maybe even in the first week. Also things like food you normally like the smell of will smell awful.

For myself the first sign was breast tenderness. Sore to the touch. They also felt like they were "swollen"

Yep...another vote for sore breasts. I got those before I even missed a period.

I had tiredness and swollen tender breast and lost a few pounds. My mom told me before I got the chance to tell her, my boobs got big.
