Go down to Kemah or Clear Lake. You will find what you are looking for. These areas are located off of Hwy 146 South at Nasa Rd. 1. 45 minutes south of Houston.

Look at Galveston or someplace like that.
I know there are some in Florida.Alabama,Mississippi,Louisiana and Arkansas has some on a Lake. As does Georgia and just about every other state of the union.
