A no hitter is not as exciting in a regular game as it would be in the World Series so it can't really compare to game 7 of the NBA finals. And really if it's a 10 point, 10 rebound, 10 assist game while it qualifies as a triple double it's not that interesting unless those 10 points put your team up by 1 and winning the series.

A no hitter. It is so hard to be able to throw a whole game without any hits in the Major leagues. A triple double is a great accomplishment, especially in game 7 of the Finals, but most people would remember the team winning the Finals, not the guy who had the triple double.

NO HITTER?HELL NO! Baseball don't even look like a damn sport. Triple Doubles are more better because basketball is 10 billion times harder than baseball. NOt hitters is just one thing. Triple Double is 3. Basketball is where legends and dynasties are created

Hands down a no-hitter. If you get a triple double in basketball your team doesn't really have any better chance to win. If you throw a no-hitter, your team is virtually guaranteed a win.
And, as Jim Bouton said in his book "Ball Four": The hardest thing to do in sports is to hit a baseball. Think about it, if you fail 2 out of 3 times you're a .333 hitter and considered great. The second hardest thing to do in sports is to get others to NOT hit a baseball.

A no-hitter without a question. Jason Kidd can give you a triple double any night. A no-hitter is much more difficult to get. Pitching nine innings without giving up a single hit is remarkable.

I'm going different only because he said in the "NBA Finals" I agree no hitters are a lot more rare, and guarantee victory, but the regular season is just the regular season. The finals is a whole other story. Most players say their life isn't complete until that championship.

Typically Triple-doubles are overall more recognized because it's built up to so much; whereas even though no-hitters don't come around that often, you don't really hear any of the sports broadcasters going crazy about it if you know what I mean

definately a no hitter in baseball. the pitchers don't pitch everyday like basketball player play. basketball players have the opportunity to get rid of their kinks before the finals. pitchers wait in rotation and they pitch depending on the team every 4 to 5 days.

I'd say a triple-double in the finals defintly just because it's in the finals the playoffs where great players are defined, for example look at D-Wade he just exploded in the finals and playoffs.

i became questioning this became the NBA finals 2010 all once more suitable. and do not hearken to the guy above me(Kibby) because he sounds like a hater and is likely mad over the lakers' victory. Kobe did the right issue
