my enthusiasm for this man has not waned. I love his work with The Smiths, I love his solo work...all of it. In fact listening to the man right now ;)
I love the lyrics. Witty, sarcastic, desperate, snide etc etc...and above all funny...honestly, listen to the song "girlfriend in a coma" and tell me you don't laugh just a little bit. :)

only when he comes on the radio! haven't got as far as buying the albums, although i reckoned his latest sounded quite good.

i always thought his music was bland. i havnt changed my mind.
