if he's young, then he's just horny and flirts with anything that has boobs and a vagina. find a guy who's interested in just you so you don't have to worry about any stupid teenage dramas.

He's just playing the field, seeing who will take his bait. At the least, he just enjoys your positive attention to him. At the most, he has an actual interest in you.
