The people of The Bahamas Islands are. Oh but not her mother Ms Arthur so would not let it go. There comes a time in life when one just has to let go. I know that is her daughter but they were not in each other lives for many years. Anna was an adult she made the decision to have her son buried in The Bahamas. That is where she made the decision to live and many said she wanted to be buried near her beloved son. Given the way Anna Nicole felt about her mother do you think she would want her mother to have her body exhumed to be taken back to Texas, i don.t think so. Folks this is a lesson to all of us. Make intentions Clear so this would not happen to you or yours. I wonder if there was no money to be gotten would Vergie be so fiesty. I wonder. I have some questions. how come she did not come for her grandson funeral? Why she only came to visit grandsome grave with a camera from splash? Why she only came to The Bahamas when 20/20 urged her to come get her grand daughter? She is the maternal grandmother but i donnot think she would be a fit guardian given her entire history and behaviour. The truth would reveal it self soon on this whole matter. Yes a sad story let us not repeat this one.

I think we will hear the "Anna Nicole SMith" drama dragged out for a long time and WE will never get peace from it.. I sincerely doubt she could possibly be at peace knowing the DRAMA she left behind.. How could she have done this to an innocent baby.. maybe the baby will be better off in she gets more stability.. but really WHAT child is better off without a momma??
Oh.. this is SO not over..
But I wish it was .. I am tired of hearing about it..
Oh and I think Anna Nicole is basking in the post mortem publibity somewhere.. wherever she is...

What a circus! You would have thought a world leader died! I hope she rests in peace and I hope her little girl is taken care of properly. A simple DNA test is all that is needed to determine who daddy is. I wish they would do it and get it over with. If the Supreme Court in California rules in her favor, the little girl is going to be a very wealthy child and I can't help but think that some of the people fighting for her are looking past the child and looking at the millions that she stands to inherit. Also, what damage to the child did Anna do while she was taking her drugs. I hope the little girl is alright.

no not yet. this was just the beginning of a bunch of court battles coming up. there is the inquest of her son daniel in the bahamas on the 16th of march, toxicology results sometime next week of anna nicole herself, her 2nd husband howard marshall estate and of course on whether larry birkhead can get a dna sample of his daughter dannielynn. it should be with us in the news for a least another 5 years and i also just found out that anna nicole's first husband wants to exhume their son daniel back to texas and if he gets his way the fight for anna nicole's body to texas will be in the media again.

I don't see where it matters if we are at peace. I'm not saying this sarcastically either. Her life and death did not affect any of us anyway. It was her life, unfortunately, it was cut too short.
