Depends on what the rest of the guy looks like. Broad shoulders look good on a guy who works out and has a nice build. I love back muscles and broad shoulders on a built guy usually means amazing back muscles.
If you're a skinnier guy, that's attractive too, although broad shoulders could make you look a bit awkward.

I kinda like tall, lanky guys. Not sure why.
But athletic, muscular [broad shouldered] guys are obviously really hott too.
Try wearing like an athletic/surfer style. It would probably look good on a muscular guy. =]

That depends. Yes, broad shoulders are nice if they are proportioned to your body and height.
