1) Be true to myself because in return I'll be true to others.
2) Try as often as possible not too judge rashly but to try instead to put myself in that person's shoes to better understand what is going on.
3) Try to always be as honest as possible in word and deed.
4) speak what is on my mind. Especially if upset or angry - instead of storing feeling which could turn harmful later if I display them, passive aggressively.
5) smile genuinely, even to strangers - the result commonly is a smile (genuine) in return.
6) Try to stay open and in close, accessible connection with family, and friends.
7) Take responsible care of my cat, because she , I have chosen to take her in as my ward.
8) being diligent and devoted to my work. Have an everyday, which includes it.
9) strike out prejudices as to others : whether it'd be nationality, race, religion, age, lifestyle, financial status. in other words seeing people AS people.
10) Being able to live alone, in much reclusivity, feeling I am doing the best I can, being able to look in the mirror, because I behave conscientiously and pay heed to my conscience through daily and honest introspection.
