For those 40+ Do you remember this game?

When I was a kid,I remember a popular game at parties. You had a thick piece of cardboard and would punch through a hole on the board and a little slip of paper would come out. Does anyone know what these were called and what was on those little slips of paper? This old brain can't remember.

more of a petty gambling thing there called punch boards there still around cant see them at a kids party maybe the little slip had a # on it right # win a prize usually 25-50 cents each
