Also I wanted to know if the exercises( pushing in and up, squeezing, and pushing together) really help them to drop. My doc said get rough with them and I have, but i'm seeing little progress. It has however only been 2 weeks since i had them done.

Give your body time before you freak out. Yes, you are suppose to massage them around to prevent hardening of tissue. I'd give yourself 6-8 weeks before you feel better...go for your followup or call the dr. if you are still worried.

Hmmm...my mom has had hers done twice and both times her doc said that she should not really but too much pressure on them or be "rough" with them..especially after only two weeks. He made her wear a very supportive bra and I think they start to set or drop after a couple weeks..maybe 3 or 4. She was really careful with hers (she to this day doesnt even sleep on her stomache so not to "crush them" and tries to avoid wearing a seat belt for the same reason..though I wouldnt advise that)
..just keep going back for follow-ups.

Well the tissue around the breasts needs to stretch and in women who have natural DDs it might take a few years.
But why do you want them to drop. every women runs around buing push up bras to lift em. dont worry about a bra just throw a t shirt on> I bet some one prangs a car infront of you before the weeks out.

Dude if you were going for a natural look, you have already failed. They dont drop, well they might, but not enough for them to look real. You should have just went with hormone therapy, you would have gotten a bigger bust and you wouldnt be worrying about it. And just because he said to get rough with them, you should still be careful, they can break.
