I've had an epiphany! Want to hear it?

I've finally come to understand that conservatives are nothing, but insecure bullies. They are afraid of their own shadows. They despise everyone, because they are afraid of everyone. They're warmongers, because that makes them forget their impotence. As long as they don't have to do it themselves, they'll support anything that makes them forget their cowardice. I'm so relieved! Hell I thought these tough talking, hate spouting arrogant bullies were actually a threat. Hell they're children! Scared children. Hahaha All they need is a good scolding and a little comfort.

Children are quite capable of cruelty. A bully will beat a smaller child to a pulp. But when that bully is confronted by a child that is capable of defending his/her self that bully will cower like an abused puppy.
These people are nothing, but scared children. Afraid to ever be outside of their comfort zone.

I don't see you big bad talking conservatives doing a damned thing to stop illegal immigration.

You see what it boils down to, is you little fraidy cats need to get out of the way and let us grownups do what needs to be done.
It's time that we put your little butts in timeout.

forty two, this is not only a political epiphany. I understand it all now. These people don't want anything that takes them out of their comfort zone. They won't walk down the street, because they're afraid of their neighbors. They despise anyone who doesn't look like them, because they are afraid of anyone who doesn't look like them. They have a lot of growing up to do, that's all. Don't get me wrong. I'm not advocating that they be harmed. I'm advocating that they be taught how to live with everyone else. In many ways, that would be a much more difficult task than simply getting rid of them. It's going to require alot of patience and courage from the rest of us.

I think you've hit it on the head for those who are leading the party right now...

there are some good conservatives... I know that... but thier party has turned and left them and ran off to la-la land where they can only defend their actions with threats, stories and patriotism...

when's the last time you heard a Republican defend their actions with a fact... they may use facts to break down liberals on liberal issues... but find themselves all too often holding an empty bucket when it comes to defending their own...

good conservatives... it's time to take back your party... America is waiting... and maybe that's what the McCain/Rudy thing is really all about... a rejection of the past 6 years...

I'm no liberal Weenie nor a right wing not I'm like most Americans a moderate, smarter the many because I'm independent and do not vote parties but people err politicians in. You know I was going to give you a few things but I don't think it will help you, I'm not being mean or sarcastic you have already made up (or the liberal lies has) your mind about conservatives, that's fine but unfair its like saying all liberals are the same or all dogs are the same they are not and the lefties are just as bad or worst take a real look at each person err politician individually with an open mind and you will see what I mean turn off CNN etc.. first and search for the real facts without the spin doctors Hey God bless!

I am a slightly left leaning moderate. I see some good in conservative ideas as well as liberal ideas. Unfortunately we have people out there who are more radical right or left. The conservatives, for example accuse the media of being liberal yet they have people like Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, and Rush Limbaugh spewing clap trap as uber conservatives. The left has their ubers too. The problem I see in this blog is that people seem to take things so personally. General comments why to all libs or all cons .... from the start has to be a lie because no one is all anything. Even without the word all specifically written it is clear they mean all it applies. Sometimes we find children on both sides and it is easy to get sucked into the fray.

Yes I will hear it when you are ready to reveal what it is. You are stating an opinion, and, please don't take this the wrong way, a very biased and uneducated opinion.

Conservatives are people that favor or prefer traditional values. What those traditional values are may be open for discussion. I consider myself a conservative but only because I believe in the idea of equality (not affirmative action type of "equality"), in hard work and in the right to life as unencumbered by government as possible. It is unfortunate that neither political party's have the idea of conservatism. The Reps are toadies of the rich but so are the Dems, the only difference is that I being White, cannot compete in a affirmative action type world that the Dems so desperately need in order to keep their power base.

It is those intelligent business people that are not only pulling governments chain but are also leading folks like yourself, down a fairy tale road. In order to keep the ignorant in line these folks turn us against one another so that we won't "fight" them.

So, does this diatribe have any similarity to a child yelling to scare off the boogie man in the dark? I'm a conservative and I don't hate you. Let's see, nope, nope, can't think of anyone I hate. Nor do I feel so threatened that I have to call people names. Can you make up your mind what you'd really like us to do? Do you want us to bully the illegals or not? Hahaha Have you considered a tranquilizer? You seem a bit agitated and almost hateful. Can you expand on why liberals seem so narrow minded? You will be in my prayers.

a political epiphany is an understanding, not an attack on a another persons view, no matter how twisted or distorted, there are extreme left wings,there are extreme right wings, neither can fly without the help of the other.

I guess than we conservatives could you liberals are spineless, gutless, infantile, whining whimps, who could be robbed with a rubber band. We could also say that you are too busy FEELING good about your policy decisions to pay attention to the actual ramifications of those decisions. We might also be able to say that you support in full welfare, food stamp programs, social engineering, political correctness, light sentences for child-molesters and illegal immigrants because they are sick, while supporting hefty penalties for DUI offenders and jay-walkers.

Further, we could just call you hypocrites and be done with it. You are just mad because you made bad decisions with your life and because of that, you have never been able to truly get ahead in life, but you blame your situation on other people, rather on yourself and your bad decisions.

Ain't that something! I had the same epiphany about liberals! See, I used to think that liberals were all about the peace and love. I thought they were open-minded and interested in hearing opinions that offered something different than their own dressed up in new words. Then I got to YAnswers and realized that they are the most closed-minded, hate-filled, untrustworthy people I have ever known. Your hate-filled, narrow-minded rant just makes my epiphany that much clearer.
