Sexual abuse at any age is horrible, but worse many times over for children! Mankind can come up with viable ideas to stop it, but it is very apparent that we can't successfully eradicate, independant of God. After careful analysis of the Bible --& mankin's history-- I look to the heavenly government of God to eradicate --not only sexual abuse-- but All abuse, of Everyone & Everything. Well I'm 16 and I was sexually abused as a child.
All I have to say is that it effects your life completely. The choices you make and why you make them.

I think the abuser should be locked away forever. NO one has any right to do something like that. Child or not.

It's a crime none the less and should be treated as a crime.

There is no way to truly stop sexual abuse or any crime.
It's a sad part of life but you just have to deal with it the best way you know how.

Personally, I think they should get the death penalty.

Define it first.

What is actual childhood sexual abuse?
Who should define it?
Where does it cross the line between something simple and something complicated?
If it is blatent sexual abuse, then
Who defines the punishment?

Who should choose where and how somebody should be brought up?

Who is going to pay for it?

I don't think you will ever get rid of it. It is part of life.
Something to live with.
You might as well try to get people not to have children.
That is the only true answer, It is wishfull thinking, but it will never happen.

How much ever we talk abt it, the fact remains that ppl will continue doing it and get cheap pleasure outta it. Personally i have been thru the same and trust me i doubt whether i will ever get over it.. The best way is to explain the kids when a touch is inappropriate and make them feel comfortable about sharing it with the parents. Most of the time the kids end up feeling guilty though they might be just the victim

The law should be more serious, that is, heavy fine and long-term imprisonment. Moreover, there should be international cooperation among countries with frequent child abuse cases especially in the third world. More social literacy on the matter to all people in every age and in all walks of life so that they learn and know what's right and what's wrong regarding such child abuse and how to protect our children to be safe from those irresponsible adults. In brief, all children must learn how to protect themselves by avoiding those dangerous strangers.

Child Sexual Abuse is supposed to be one of the most severe kinda crime and it is very sad that in India it is not taken seriously by the law makers. We the citizens should try and make our children realise what is the meaning of being sexually abused.
And whenever we hear about such things we should encourage the concerned ppl to bring out this topic in the court and support them.

its a horrible thing to happen to any one thankfully it has never happen to me (that i Know of)

only sever punishments(EX:LIFE SENTENCE they have ruined a life(s) thus they should pay with theirs in FULL) for the offenders can only slow it but not stop it.and for the victims the truth is that it can never really be resolved just eased with therapy (and that doesn't work a lot of the time) usually when it happens to some one it scars them for life and practically ruins their fetcher life as an adult it can case horrible night mares for the rest of their lives they can become clinically insane, become agoraphobic (shut in), unstable to society or (hopefully not) they become people that abuse children them selves all that we as humans can do is hope that it doesn't happen at all (but shamefully it dose and continues to happen to Innocent children Thur out the world and sadly in some countries it perfectly legal EX:in middle east a 40 year-old man can marry a 12 year-old girl) so regrettably all we can do for now is hope.
