In the united states, law enforcement allow black street gang to organize because they are now considered very dangerous to white people.

The FBI is more involve in arresting "Latin Kings" street gang(remember...Latin kings use to give a hard time to black hip pop gangs), Salvadorian, Chinese mafia and Muslim terrorist. Those are far more organized and dangerous for the American government.

Black street gangs only kill in their community, rubbing innocent African Americans.
