Yes! It's totally normal, your breasts are growing because they are getting ready to produce milk when your baby is born. They get darker too... there's always a lot of changes. They hurt sometimes too. Closer to the middle of the pregnancy, mine didn't 'ache' anymore but my nipples were still very sensitive (and still are!... I'm 40 weeks pregnant). And my nipples got a whole lot bigger. Remember, your body is just trying to get ready for the baby... and naturally it's getting ready for you to breastfeed even if you don't plan to!
Also the bumps around your nipples are called Montgomery's Tubercles. They have always been there, you just couldn't see them. They just produce oils and lubricants that keep your nipples from drying out (you won't notice this at all, it's just a natural thing). They become more visable as your breasts get bigger.
Congratulations and Good luck :)

I'm about six months pregnant right now and Oh My Gosh!!! for the first two-three months or so my boobs hurt soooo bad!!! All of the things you are feeling are normal. Mine finally stopped being so tender but they are still huge. And just the other day they started leaking a little, great huh? I guess that is normal, too. Good luck with your pregnancy and congrats...

Yes this is all very normal! I just had my son a month ago and right from about 2 months pregnant I felt what you are describing. It's just your breasts way of getting ready to produce milk for your baby.

it's perfectly normal. your breasts are filling up with milk so that you can nurse your little one. you can use a cabbage leaf to help the tenderness or buy one of those sticks to heal your nipples.
