Yes because second hand smoke can be deadly. That's part of the reason why all these poor little kids have to have tubes put in their ears.

My mom smoked when she was pregnant with me and I am small. It's not fair to have kids if you want to expose them to toxins.

Parents who want kids should be more responsible.

Yes, because it is not their decision to smoke, it is the parents, and it causes health problems for kids because their lungs are still developing.

I don't think the government should interfere but I do think that parents/friends or just adults for that matter should have the sense of realization not to smoke around children. It's completely dangerous for anyone to be exposed to those fumes, let alone growing children.

only if they can get My gun away first. it doesn't matter what laws are passed, people who smoke will do it when they want and, pretty much where they want. the way I see it, is if You want Me to co-operate on something like this, start paying Your share of taxes. smokers are tired of supporting You freeloaders. I live in Texas and, when the state got their big tobacco settlement to pay for the health care of smokers, the Hypocrites, in Austin spent The money on Highways. now, they have raised cigarette taxes again, to pay for education.ever heard of the 18th amendment? prohibition? nobody stopped drinking, they just started buying it on the black market, therefore, bringing the Mafia to power. don't criticize a smoker, kiss them.

No, we don't live in a country where the government should make those sorts of personal decisions.. IF you are willing to pass a law like that then Abortion should definently be banned as well don't you think?
