what is a pink cloud?

I am trying to get to the truth behind this phrase. I think that it means to have a false sense of security, but would like to hear others ideas.

the only time i heard that phrase was on a tv show where a guy was scared about being blown up by a bomb. he said that when you get blown up, you become a pink cloud because you just vaporize....gross but thats the only time i heard it. o.o
