from what i understand is that they are their own government.
so there are no rules about racism, for one. just their race.
and i don't see how this flies living in america when we have civil rights and laws against racial discrimination. how does this really fly here? answer me that? please email me with your answer, because i just had a friend that is black and just was forced to resign because of this sort of thing in an indian community
