I have a Toshiba lap top and wish to download my movie (DVD) and save them on my puter so I can watch them with my lap top instead of having to pack around the actual DVD is this possible and can you give me step by step instructions on how to do this??

I wouldn't do that, movie files take up a lot of space on a computer. So unless you have over a Gig of memory I would not suggest doing it.
