...2 years at a different school. Lets say i applie to 2 schools, accepted to one and refected to the other. can i go to one for 2 years, then transfer to the one that rejected me.

ok, lets say theres no way im getting into that second college after highschool, when i reapply, would they base it on what i did at the first college for two years, or highschool. or both

They would, i think, mainly focus on how you did in those two years. Also you would have to work hard and get good grades in those two years cause they want to see if you can handle college. Whether you got accepted in high school doesnt matter. You dont have to apply to it in your senior year, you can just apply after those two years. but before the deadline of course.

No. If you get accepted by attend a different school, your acceptance doesn't carry over. You will need to reapply to the school you plan to transfer to when you are ready to transfer. If you already know you're going to turn the school down, don't apply now - it might look bad when you reapply later.

yes, you can transfer, but you will still need to be accepted into that school first. If you attend a different school you will just need to reapply to the other school when you are closer to the time to transfer.
