No.. in one way 'yes'- the other way.
Let me tell you in detail:
I have a friend of mine whose uncle is doing Phd. in occult science. he explained me as below:
1. in every creature there exists a soul. this soul is the reason behind each of our life. be it tree, dog or man. this soul has no form and his of the size of 1/100 th of a hair.
2. This soul leaves the body when it gets woren, aged, injured to death. the departure of the sould is pre-decided.... at the moment you are born... (that's how a palmistrian sees your hand and tells your life-span.. it can be read on your face too.)
3. everytime a human, animal dies... its soul departs. And enters into a new body made for it.
4. however, in few cases such as sudden deaths like... murder, suicide, accidents. the soul has to unexceptionally depart from the body before the decided time. So it has to stay on earth for that period of time till the time of it come to enter another body.
5. So the soul roams around the place where it was.... this is what some call 'GHOST'
6. but you know what..... soul have no form, no power, no magic. So it can do nothing. just nothing. not even to the one who has harmed its previous body, because it has no body, no feeling. it is just the other form of god.
So there is nothing to be scared. i have many more to tell, but iam lacking time... and have forgotten many things. he also said that.. this is the reason behind why indians especially hindus take the remains of the body and pour it over the sacred rivers...so that the sould rests in peace.

sure! ghosts are just an energetic or etheric body of a person that has died. They hang around the earth because of a strong emotional attachment to a person or place. Sometimes they are angry and other times they are attached through love. Sometimes they can be convinced to leave and other times they just want to hang around and be close to the place or person they are attached to.
If ghosts are in great pain or anger, they can be scary but no more scary than a live person in pain or anger. They aren't evil or satanic, just people like you and me, only they have left their body and their soul doesn't want to leave.

There are spirit beings who want you to believe they are the spirits of dead people. However, the dead have ceased to exist. There is no life after death, according to our creator.

Yes.....there are many haunted homes in this country. I actually live in one. The ghost of an old man who was killed while building this house. He was working on the roof and fell to his death. On occasion, I can hear hamering on my roof and I know that he is up there trying to finish the job.

From what i've heard, they are all over the world , but they hover just a foot or so above the earth's surface. I'm not an authority on THAT though , since i've never seen one.

David isn't right.i have lived in a house that was haunted by a little girl and a old man.AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SATAN.If you are one of the luck ones that has lived in a house that was haunted by a nice ghost than you know that they are not there to hurt you.

yes.as we say all things has its good side as well as bad side .therefore there r two types of spirit(ghosts) one good which we call angles and the other one r bad whom we call ghosts.but its nothing 2 frighten about it because if u believe god
