don't bother!!! it's way slower and you can't run a bunxh of things on it like auto cad and mcafee!!! i bought a new dell and have been trying to find the cheapest way to get rid of vista for over a week now!!!

If you are looking to get rid of Windows Vista from your machine, you can format the hard drive and install another operating system. I would not recommend running Windows XP on a machine with less than 512mb ram, 1.6ghz processor, and a decent graphics card. Even these specifications will leave you unsatisfied with your computer's performance running Vista, especially if you enjoy multitasking, and running games. Upgrade, or buy your computer to 1gig of ram, and 2.0+ghz processor. If you are afraid of downloading illegal software, go find your local nerd and I'm sure he will be glad to help! If you are a daring person, download a Torrent program like u torrent, bitcomet, bitlord, and search for "windows vista torrent". I am not recommending this source to anyone, as these methods are both illegal and dangerous.

Probably on such P2P sites like limewire, but its illegal! Microsoft is especially being protective of Vista, so it would probably be very difficult to get it to work without legitimate CD's purchased from legitimate stores. Besides, Vista has too many bugs right now with software and hardware not working...stick with XP for the time being...

download a program called u torrent and then open it and type in windows vista
