She could get arrested if she was still in costume.

In England, all the Queen has to do is to get one of her servants to phone up a pizza parlor and say that she wants one (or some) pizzas to be delivered to Buck House (the palace). They'd be more than happy to send her some pizzas, because they can then put up a sign that, in plain English, says "The Queen eats our pizza." So why would she be so foolish as to steal from a pizza parlor?

No she cannot. She is the supreme authorit of Justice in the realm. All judgement is done in her name...and you cannot judge yourself.

I believe she can be held liable in a civil way for damages of property perhaps...she could have stopped her daughter from being sued when her dog bite someone but she didn't...I think for the most part she wouldn't want to use that power, especially needlessly.

something else intersting is that she does not have a passport. She is the only person in the world allowed to travel anywhere without one....reason being is because all passports are issued "in the name of Her Majesty Elizabeth the Second..." so she can't give herself one. Even the Pope has to use one when he travels though!

I doubt she gets a lot of people pretending to be her though.

In Canada she could be arrested providing that the cops did their job? most likely some cop would let her go and excuse her actions to the pizza guy for what ever reasons...the story goes who you know gets u places and this goes for the queen.

ok. here's d pic. d Queen is starved. she sneaks out of d palace with her car n no one knows, lol. then, she drives to a pizza parlour n as she drives, ppl stare-'isn't tht d Queen,i mean, she drives???'.
then, she alights fr d car, enters d pizza eatery n tells them it's an armed robbery, oops. not armed.d Queen dun carry guns.. she orders them to hand over d pizza she wants. they don so awkwardly. they think, she dun hafta rob,i mean,we would hand all our pizzas to her if she wanted...we'd be honoured. so tht's why d Queen can never be arrested for theft.

Absolutely not. It is her Royal Prerogative to confiscate the pizza boxes that others assembled, and the pizza materials, in order to serve snacks on the Royal Space Module.

Thus are the perks of her station.

Yes, she could. The Royal Family still has to obey all British laws.

Probably not! Most royalty and/or politicians and their family members have complete diplomatic immunity, therefore they cannot be arrested.
