Because Mulsims are the minority in India. THat is why India was split up and most of the Muslims moved to Pakistan. Thats a problem with a Damocracy. Minority rights get squished, not that India is a true Democracy.

Becouse there is lack of dedicated and able persons participations from the community too ...As far as The great Country India it has a history of love peace and compassion...India is secular real democratic country and offcourse its given opportunity to every citizen the main problem behind muslim community they are more theoritical less practical except few....with the growing demands of the time and also ....they lack geniun leadership who really deliver to the community rathere utilize it for their owen benifit...first the community understand their participation and contribution ..the real reasons will be come out to change the view...will it bring change in...The religions are the adoptions of the time where it is one of the essence in the society not to make fundamentalism so if it spread the real message of humanity and activate to project properly definatly it will be in focus...The reasons understandable..
