wtf are you asking? ur question made no sense. but, if you are asking how you can restore your files and settings, etc. you can't, if you installed windows without a backup. once you reinstall windows, you format your hard drive, aka, permanently wipe all data from your computer. i would suggest using an antivirus software (only one, 2 will make ur pc crash). and some anti-spyware software. both of which can be found for free at www.download.com.

Backup your system to a blank Disc.... Insert your OS CD. Note that OS means " Operating system" it is your windows software... When you have inserted the OS Disc, perform a fresh installation of Windows... This will completely clean your computer, including all viruses an spyware. In other words, your computer will go back to when you first bought it... Make sure to install back the drivers on your computer, such as your sound drive so that you can have sound on your computer, and your video card driver, etc...
Message from Dell.
Note: install McAfee 2007 on your computer to protect your computer against viruses next time.
Have a great day. Message from Dell tech

If you've reinstalled the OS, most likely you haven't done a back-up of your uninfected files/folders. So, there's no way you can do "recycle the old windows".

If it's an XP OS, then just make sure that when you reboot, **the first boot device, is CD-ROM, and then insert your installation cd, reboot, when it restarts, it will have "press any key to boot from cd". press enter. It wil l...o...a...d.... and then it will come up....do you want to format your computer? select yes, run through the steps...this can be very slow if done on an older PC. When you're finished, you will have a brand new PC. Please note, this wipes out EVERYTHING on your computer......
**If you don't know how to do this....ask.

hi,
i guess what happened wid ur pc.
actually therer was viruses in ur pc so u reinstalled the os into it but now the pc speed gone slow.
the reason behind it is u didnt format ur hdd before installing the os. so the viruses are still there.
before formating ur hdd make sure to take backup of ur important data. into cd or in another drive ie in d:

to format ur hdd follow these steps:
check ur boot prirority of ur pc from setup
it should be from cdrom
to check it when ur pc boot press del/f1/or f2 watever it asked to..
now in boot section see 1st boot option. it should be cd
now save and exit by pressing f10 or watever it ask to..
put ur windows xp cd into the rom and restart ur pc.
follow the instruction of the screen.
when it ask to format the patition or leave the patition u choose to format partition and so on ....

when you reinstalled, the old windows was wiped out therefore there is no possiblity of recycling it (whatever you may mean by it)
