it isn't normal for anyone to be suicidal, 15, 30, 50, male or female. pms can give you moods swings, however, suicidal thoughts aren't something to push off as pms. if i were you i would let some who you can trust, know about this. take care of yourself and do what you need to to make sure these thoughts dont come back, even though you pms will :c)

A little depressed, sure, very depressed and suicidal? Not really no. Taking hormonal birth control really helps me with that.

very normal. Exercise, it helps, and surround yourself with people who put you in good moods. When I was your age, i'd have suicidal feelings during my period.

Yes. Is there anyone you feel you can talk to that will listen? Would that help you feel better? PMS can be very dramatic for those experiencing it. Please know it will pass.
