do you have a cd burner installed? you can buy one for a fair price at www.tigerdirect.com your cd drive has to be able to burn them, software alone cannot burn a cd.

Chances are you only have a CD-ROM drive (Read Only Memory) which won't write CD's. to burn a CD (or DVD) you'll need a new drive that will do so. My advice is to replace the drive with one of the newer CD/DVD burner drives. They're much less expensive now, and will do the job for you. If you've got any mechanical ability at all, they're easy to install. Check at the below link to find a drive that will suit you. Hope this helps.

No, it's a limitation of the actual CD drive. To burn CD's you will need to have it upgraded, if you're not comfortable opening up your computer have your local best buy install it for you. (you need a CD burner that burns CD-R and CD-RW)

No. In order to burn CD's, you must have a CD drive that is able to do so and you must have a CD burning softare, such as Roxie or SONIC.

You need a cd burner internal or external.Look at your paper work.Do you have a dvd-cd burner? If no then you need to get one.

just check dat wedr u hv CD Rom or CD Writer......to burn cd,u must hv a hardware device i.e cd writer...........
n if u hv cd writer n still not able to write den just download softwares like...
Nero,
Sonic or
Roxio....
u can MIcrosoft's in-built Cd Burner.........

You need to install a cd-r or cd-rw. {a new drive}
