You can purchase Rachel Ashwell rose decals on ebay at the link I have provided.

Dover Publications has a design book which includes shabby roses.

I don't know exactly what type of craft you are doing, so I'm not sure this will work for your intended use...

Have you thought about getting some of the fabric and cutting the roses out? Especially if you wisht to do decopodge, this will work.
