I was 12 weeks. I had regular periods...I just "felt" different...I couldn't keep a cigarett in my mouth without gagging.

I realized I was pregnant about a week after i missed my period (which wasn't anything new i'm irregular) because my boobs hurt the whole time. They usually hurt for 3 or 4 days but they were hurting for more than a week... I took the test about 15 days after my last period (i bought the cheap pack that has 2) and YES, indeed I was pregnant... Don't worry... sometimes stress can make u miss your period... Try to test urself again and if it's negative most probably you're not... Of course, you can always consult your doctor ;)
Good luck!

With my first one I got a blood test the day after missing my period and it was positive.
With the second one, I was still breastfeeding so I did not have my period. When I thought I was I took the home test, twice in 2 weeks and it was still showing negative, but I waited 15 more days and it was finally positive (I already was about 5 weeks pregnant).
With the third one, the test was positive 2 days after missing my period.
Good luck!

I knew from the time of conception and took pregnancy test 7 days before period and it was positive. Just a feeling. I would say go get a blood pregnancy test. It detects hcg in your blood, so it is more concentrated and more accurate than a urine test. It's definitly possible. My sisters pregnancy test didn't show positive until she was 20 weeks pregnant. A blood test is the best route. Usually it takes about a week after your missed period for a solid positive, but some could show up up to four days (I must of had super hcg :)) before your missed period. It all depends on the amount of hcg in your blood. Also, some people do not have strong hcg in their urine but have solid amounts in blood and does not usually mean there is anything wrong.

I wasn't even due to start my period for a couple of days when I took my test, I just felt different, and the test came back positive. Went to the doctors about a week later to have it confirmed. But if your home test is coming back negative and you still doubt the results then go to your doctors and have a blood test, they are more accurate.

I was three months along, because I had my period for those months. I was pretty shocked also, because I was 33 and this was my first pregnancy. No its not unusual to have a late period without being pregnant. Have you had a stressful time this past month? I didn't have a period for 2 and a half months after my parents died. That really scared me too, thinking I was pregnant and not having my parents around to talk to.

Best was to tell is if you go to the doctors. I believe I found out about 10 days after. Theres a special test out there that detects "early pregnancy" up to 5 days b4 your period. You should try that test. Best of luck to you!

A couple days before the missed period (we were trying)... though right now I'm in the same boat as you and the tests say no... There've been a lot of questions like this, I'm wondering if we're all testing from the same batch of bad tests..

I always had to know as soon as possible and took the EPT 5 day early test. It was always accurate with both of my pregnancies. It was a faint line but I knew 5 days before my missed period.
