Try. www.zabasearch.com/--My apology. That wont find people on the net only in the U.S.

you could search the yahoo email search to see if they have a yahoo id online or you could search there name in to search bar
see if it brings up anything yahoo phone book it sometimes brings up e-mailaddress also
