I have a peach colored skirt and I don't know what color shirt I should wear with it! I am utterly clueless!

i would wear beige,off white,white.a printted shirt with the same color as your skirt.but it all depends on what shade a peach.
is it bright or it more like an easter peach.

It's difficult, specially because it's a skirt.... Try a white shirt, it'd look great or also brown color will be nice....

I would wear Beige, Brown, or white. Green or black would make you look like a Halloween Pumpkin. A light shade of lavender would also go good.

maybe a striped top or something? i have a peach-ish plaid skirt and i usually wear it with a black teeshirt.
you could try different things on with it in front of a mirror until you find a combination you like

I would try a musty blue that has some copper tones in and or black is always a good match. Silver is also really in

are you talking about skin color or clothes?
well if your talking about skin, colors like brown and olive green will really set off your skin... too many light colors in one outfit will blend you together like a smoothie!!
clothes: browns pinks greens... pretty much anything.
