the computer cant start because it says boot record not found. how can i fix it?

no my bios cnt see the disk. cables are attached nothing wrong.no i dont internal drives.i dont know if the disk is bad.and nope its not accidentally formated.

yes something changed. sometimes it can start sometimes it cnt.

Sounds like you may have a disk problem. Has anything changed on the computer?

Does your BIOS see the disk? If not, check your cables to make sure they're connected properly.

If the BIOS does see it, do you have two internal drives? If so, then maybe the jumpers got switched and it's looking at the wrong drive?

Could the disk be bad or have been accidentially formatted?
