Does anyone have suggestions on how to stop the waistbands of pantyhose from rolling down, which is very uncomfortable.

Sounds like you're wearing them too high. Also, are you sure you're wearing the right size? If they're too long, you're pulling the extra up around your waist and you'll get that roll thing going.

Check the packaging to make sure you're buying the right size. Each brand will have a different size chart.

Put down the fork, put your thumbs on the table, and push yourself FAR AWAY!!! For real though, they are rolling cuz of a gut, i know if i gain any weight, and usually i do in the winter YAY, thats what happens, but i dont let it get out of hand, but my tummy is the first to see the weight and so you have to get bigger hose, or do what i do, lose the tummy b4 it gets to far outta control. just do some crunches at nite b4 bed and dont take more than 2 or 3 bites of one thing!!! KOO

Lose the gut. Blunt, but honestly this is the reason the pantyhose are rolling.

I fixed it by wearing stockings and a garter belt. they are much more comfortable than pantyhose.

Cut a hole in the crotch and wear them as a shirt, then they will roll up. If that doesn't work there's always a stair stepper and a diet.

if it is rolling down, it is too small for you. get a bigger size.

like a b instead of an a.

Try Spanx, you'll never own any other "pantyhose" if you do.
