Not neccesarily. It's just a feeling. Here's my answer from a different question:
Deja vu is natural for humans and are said to happen in one's life at least once. Deja Vu is when you are experiencing something you have a feeling happened before. It usually sparks familiarity and eeriness. Study shows that the unconcious mind processes the surroundings before the concious mind. It is processed in as a memory only a millisecond before we percieve it. And after that half a second we have the feeling of deja vu.

Messages are always sent to you for a reason. Trust me, they are for good. Many times it's your guardian angel trying to protect you. Always listen to your intuition, no matter how crazy it seems at the moment. I can't tell you how many times they've saved me!
