The only real way to tell is to ask her if she's interested ... Aquarius' are very outgoing and flirty people, so even if she talks to you she might just consider you as a friend, also she's not going to make the first move ... most aquarius' need to be showed that you're interested in them or they just assume that you're not ...

You could always simply ask her. It doesn't matter what someone's "sign" is; they're still people. People of all zodiac signs still express themselves in the same basic ways we all do. She would be herself and always play like she doesn't when she does. Eventually she will start talking to you on her own. Especially if you start holding conversations with other girls. Just don't talk to them like your interested, just simple convo to make her jealous. She'll make her move eventually!!
