I think I worry more about our elected officials having to much power and not having to be accountable. Many of them are bilking the tax payers for thousands of dollars in money spent on them flying around the country on vacations, paid for homes, cars, etc. All of it in the guise of being handed a little to much power and using it in the wrong way.

No. Judicial decisions have to be based on facts and law, and can't be left to politicians concerned about pandering to the mob.

However, I disagree with giving federal judges tenure for life. Twenty or 25 years should be long enough.
