its simple. 1 kilo = 1000 units

1kPa = 1000Pa because the k stands for 1000
so 1000Pa/1kPa = 1, and multiplying by 1 doesn't change the value.
101.325 kPa * (1000Pa/1kPa)
the kPa cancel out and we're left with
101.325 * 1000Pa
=101 325 Pa
