So when SHE doesn't want to work...she uses the excuse she doesn't have a sitter for her kid.. I"M the sitter and I work there too!!! Is she dumb or what ....of course I pass the information on to the bosses. Cause it's me they ask to work later to cover her butt. Humm......

Gee, I would ask how many men help out with children. How many diapers have u changed? How many times have u stayed up at night with a sick baby? Do u sweep or mop floors? Have u used a vacuum cleaner? How about a dishwasher or sink?

Women and I think all will agree are on call 24 hours a day.
If a man wants to miss work, usually it is the woman to call in due to a hangover or something else he done.

What can I say that is true? Most men compete with the babies!
By the way, how many women could go to work with a sick baby at home? There is no woman i know.
Why r u a man complaining about this?> i would bet some woman cleans up after u unless u are single or gay.
Women in general get paid less at jobs, take up most of house cleaning, taking care of children, cooking cleaning....etc and what on call 24 hours / day kid might need something!@ Women take hold of responsibility. To the asker how many diapers did you change? How many times did u stay up all night? How many bottles did u feed?

Who should take care of the child then? Daycares won't allow a child to come in sick, someone has to stay home with child. Unfortunately, most mothers don't have the luxury of being a stay at home mom and are forced to work due to financial reasons.

Hey ! ..Some of these women have valid excuses....If they can't afford daycare or have no partner what should they do? They are trying to do a number of jobs, and being at a workplace is one of them.Being a mother is #1.
My mom worked and I bet yours does too. If not you are one of the lucky few............

How many men take charge when their children are sick? Since it usually falls on the woman to take off with a sick child, this is probably why their child is their "excuse".

Most day cares will not take a child with a temperature, and they don't deal with diarrhea or vomiting. Other than to bring the sick kid into work, someone has to stay home with them.

Try it sometime. Trust me, I'd rather put up with well, whiney coworkers, than one sick, whiney child.

women are always the one who have to leave work because daddy expects mom to do it and really is helpless with a sick child. Or just doesn't want to deal with it.

I would have to agree that there are women who abuse or lie about their child being sick just to get out of work.
