Most likely, she is not from any specific anime. When you go to phototbucket.com and deviantart.com, they usually have these anime characters that do not belong to an anime. They are just non-manga artists drawing pretty anime.

those are just doujinshi stationary's . they do not belong to any anime or manga, that i know of.
