yes. take a very very warm bath and sit in it for 20 - 30 min. it works almost always 4 me.

No. Once you have ovulated, your body will have your normal luteal phase (usually 12-16 days), then you will have a period. Your luteal phase is usually the most stable part of your cycle. Any variations in cycle length are almost always in the preovulatory time.

The only way I know is if you're on birth control pills. You can keep taking the "active" pills for an extra few days.

Once when i had my period, i took a bath for like 20 minutes. and it stoped for the rest of the day.

if you take a warm bath and lay there for 30 minutes it will stop for about the rest of the day...

i'm sorry ,ain't that kinda like going outside in a blizzard and asking mother nature to please wait a couple days, honey you can't mess with mother nature, but if it's that important you could always take birth control pills,with doctors approval,don't go messing around with something you know nothing about.

take a long hot bath no bubbles just plain hot water. although when it comes back on your period might be heavier!
