The quick and easy thing is to check with your host...Generally speaking when you buy hosting, the package you buy will have details about the database support that it includes. Depending on the type of Host you have, methods for testing SQL operability vary.

If your server does not support MySQL, the likelihood is that they don't want to, and your best bet would be to switch to hosting that does. Again, most hosts that allow MySQL databases will advertise such.

It depends on what you mean by "my server". If you are running a machine that will be your MySQL server, just look at the tutorials on the MySQL page to see if it's running properly. If you mean you want to use it with a hosting company or something, then check with them.

In any server the mysql is working very well. if any problem to accessing the databases, then there is an error in the coding some other else not in server.
