Goo Gone or a bug and tar remover from the auto section of your local store (Walmart, hardware, auto zone, etc.) The tar remover will work the best but it's best to use it ASAP. Occasionally it will take off the older baked on stuff.

If it is still sticky, use "Goo Gone". You can get it at any hardware store. Works like a champ! You may have to use a razor blade, but soak it with Goo Gone first. Sometimes, WD-40 works if it is not too hard.
